Returns and cancellations

For non-personalised goods ordered online, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. We will refund within 14 days of receiving them back, including the standard delivery charge where applicable. You may try on the garment as you would in a shop; diminished value caused by use beyond that may be deducted.

For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay the return postage. We will arrange return postage at our cost if the goods are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose. There is no restocking fee.

Goods made to your specific personalised requirements may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.

Start a return by emailing sales@sandycroftworkwear.uk with your order details. We will provide return instructions. We do not offer direct exchanges; place a new order for a different size or style.
